We at The Capodimonte Shoppe are not qualified to appraise, evaluate, confirm or deny the
validity of any Capodimonte piece.
Therefore, we have contracted with an appraiser in Europe who has been providing
professional appraisals since the 1950's.
This appraisal service provides you with a Certificate of Authenticity, an approximate valuation
of your pieces, along with general information concerning your piece.
Each piece that you want appraised is considered a different appraisal. In other words, if you
have three (3) different pieces you want appraised, you will need to pay for 3 appraisals.
All of this information will be delivered to you via email approximately 2 weeks after you place
your order. Periodically our appraiser is unavailable while he provides his services for some of
the major museum's in Europe. If you place your order during one of these times, we will advise
you of the situation. At that time you will have the option of waiting a short period of time, or
receiving a refund.
After you have purchased your appraisal, please email us the picture of your piece along with
the confirmation number of your receipt. At that time, your information will be given to our
appraiser and he will begin his work.
